Good to see an improvement in yesterday's AFT Bream Round at Mooloolaba. Had a solid plan that went well for the first couple of hours getting two decent fish. With countless hits and pulled hooks, I made the wrong decision and left fish to find fish, ultimately missing out on a full bag. Being one average fish from where I wanted to be was a bit disappointing, especially with all the chances I had, but it's taught me to trust my gut over the plan. Still loved the experience in the pouring rain and the confidence boost from past comps. Keen to persevere with these bream comps but might go smack a few snapper and jewies in the meantime. @rapalaaustralia CrushCity Soft Plastic Lures @vmchooks Grip-R Jigheads @13fishingaus Code Red Rods @sufix_lines 832 Braid and Invisiline Leader @tackle_world_lawnton #fishing #lurefishing #seqfishing #fishinglife #fishingaddict

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT GOBBLERS LURES has new owners!!!! As of this afternoon the new owners take over the business that we have loved building over the last 6 years. Most regular customers would know we are travelling around Australia from January next year. It’s our first step towards semi- retirement. Gobblers Lures will be added to “The Reely Good Fishing Company’s” range of fishing gear. Still maintaining the Gobblers Lures name and high quality. The new owners have big plans to take Gobblers to the next level. They are a local Brisbane business which is also fantastic. We have absolutely loved building the business. We have met some fantastic anglers that have become great friends. Thank you to all our customers, retailers, charter boat operators, collaborators and other Australian made businesses that complimented our brand. There are way too many people to thank individually, but they know who they are. Its been a pleasure to work and fish with you all. Although we won’t have any ownership in the business from this afternoon onwards, I will still be fishing Gobblers Lures and will continue being an ambassador for the brand. Looking forward to a lot more fishing and adventures. Wishing the new owners all the success with their new investment. (You will need to follow me on my private page if you’re interested in our travels and fishing). Regards Wayne & Julie
