That fire in her eyes is one of the reasons I fell in love with her. ❤️🔥 She never quits, never complains, and always shows up ready to give it everything she’s got. Her strength, determination, and tenacity never cease to amaze me. So proud of you! 💪🏾❤️

HYROX Washington DC was absolutely FIRE!🔥

My team and I had the privilege of covering this incredible event, and what an experience it was! 📸🎥💪🏾

These ladies showed exactly why ROCK-SOLID WOMEN RUN THE WORLD! 🌎🔥 They brought tenacity, determination, courage, strength, and an unstoppable competitive spirit—everything you could ask for from elite athletes.

The energy was electric, the competition was intense, and the determination on display was truly inspiring.

Much respect to every athlete who stepped onto that floor, pushed beyond their limits, and left it all out there! 💪🏾🔥🏆

HYROX DC, you definitely showed out! Until next time! 📸🎥🔥

Dearest gentle readers,

This author rarely deviates from matters of the season to speak of personal affairs. And yet, today demands an exception.

Today is the birthday of my Duke. Mi Cielo. The man who walked into my life, made himself entirely comfortable, and has shown absolutely no intention of leaving. 🕯️

The one person in all the ton who can make me laugh, make me roll my eyes, and melt my heart sometimes all within the same breath.

Happy Birthday, Mi Cielo. My Duke. You are the love of my life and the source of most of my dramatics and I would not have it any other way. 👑
