Are you still saying

“COACHING IS TOO EXPENSIVE”

If you’re still not feeling confident in your body, then read this.

People will happily spend money every weekend on nights out, takeaways, coffees, drinks and random things they probably won’t even remember buying..

Yet when it comes to investing in themselves and actually changing how they look and feel, suddenly it feels too expensive.

I’m not saying you should never enjoy yourself.

I love a meal out or a night out with friends too.

But at some point, you have to decide..

Are you actually serious about changing, or are you happy repeating the same cycle every year?

Because the people who will make the biggest changes aren’t going to wait until they feel motivated or until the timing is perfect.

They’re going to start now.

They’re willing to invest their time, energy and money into themselves and stay consistent long enough to see the results.

You don’t need another quick fix.

You need a plan, accountability and someone to help you stay on track.

I’m currently taking on new clients.

If you’re serious about finally changing your body and feeling confident in yourself, DM me “RESULTS” and let’s have a chat 🤝🏼

How bad do you want to be in shape?

These people all had the desire to get the physique they wanted

They made sacrifices, gave 100% and stayed committed to the plan

Transforming your body is no easy battle

It takes time, dedication and consistency

Many of us have have struggled seeing results and a lot of you reading this now will have that exact issue

Eating well and training Monday to Friday then blowing it on a weekend. Only to restart over the following Monday

How many times will you continue to follow the same routine, not get results but still think some how what you’re doing will pay off?

I used to be the exact same until I realised I was stuck in the same cycle of unhappiness.

Key factors I learnt when I first hired a coach were..

Program adherence
Consistency over perfection
The will to make sacrifices
Time

Change will take time, don’t expect it overnight.

The key that opened the door for me was hiring someone who had done this with hundreds of other people

And that is exactly what each individual you see in these photos did.

One of the biggest things holding you back are the excuses you make on a daily basis.

If your goal is important enough to you then you’ll make it happen.

The progress you make will be a direct reflection of the work you put in.

Stop the excuses, you didn’t ‘have’ to drink on that work night out, you didn’t ‘have’ to eat out with friends, you didn’t ’have’ to get a takeaway with your partner. You chose to, there’s a big difference.

You don’t have to be perfect, but consistent.

Just over a into the new year, how’s it going?

Have you stuck to everything you said you would?

Or have you slipped up already?

Do you feel the benefits of your better habits?

Or are your old habits still causing delays?

Are you showing up to the gym with intent and training to failure?

Or are you still training inconsistently?

Do you have a true WHY?

I never knew my reason why, I would always lose motivation and drive. I truly used to think it wasn’t for me, I couldn’t achieve what these other people have

I lacked consistency and made zero progress

I would look into every supplement under the sun

Why didn’t I just focus on the basics?

Why didn’t I master my consistency?

Because my goals were forced, I was more focused on looking like other people than just focusing on myself

You know when I started to progress?

When I found my reasons why

The real reasons I wanted to change

Since then I’ve never looked back

2026 is well under way and it will fly by as quick as 25 did

Sit down, find your why and lock in

And always remind yourself of why you started and why you continue on.

Understanding form wont be perfect 100% of the time

I speak to a lot of people and their technique can go either way

Either it needs improving, tweaking certain things to get more out of each movement

Or they are so focussed on the ‘perfect’ technique that they are scared to push the weight

Technique is something we are always trying to improve, but don’t let that stop you lifting heavier

Looking back at the above clips, there are definitely some reps that I should of performed slower

At the time I was focused on Increasing the weight and doing what I needed to do to move it

The point is that sometimes your movements won’t look perfect when you are increasing the weight

You have to be willing to sacrifice certain things slightly to be able to improve other things

In this case, I sacrificed some of my rep tempo in order to be able to move the weight

You could argue that because my technique slightly decreased that I wasn’t ready to increase the weight but if you don’t try, you’ll never know

The goal from here is now to keep that same weight but work on improving the rep tempo.
