POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Yesterday was one of those days that stays with you forever. ❤️

We celebrated an incredible milestone as my nephew Michael graduated from University of Mount Saint Vincent with his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. So much love, pride, and definitely a lot of tears filled the day.

Michael is my nephew and also my ex-husband’s godson — and honestly, it was another beautiful reminder that co-parenting and blended families really can work when everyone keeps the focus where it belongs: on the kids and the people we love. Family is family, no matter what. ❤️

The party was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtful and heartfelt. You could feel the love in every detail, every speech, every hug, every happy tear.

One of the most special parts of the night was watching my father-in-law enjoy himself so much. With Lewy body dementia, outings can really be hit or miss, but last night was truly a gift. He danced the night away until the very end, smiling and soaking it all in, and it meant more than words can explain.

And somewhere in the middle of all those emotions, it hit me… in just a few short weeks, it’ll be my turn to celebrate my own girl. My Livi Sage graduating high school and starting her next chapter at SUNY Delhi for nursing. 🩺✨

Time moves fast. Yesterday was a reminder to hold tight to these moments, because they really are everything.

✨ Crowned in copper & gratitude ✨

I ordered this gorgeous copper crown from Jonell at Heartifact, and to my delight, he included extra treasures: a spiral talisman, rings, and a pendant, each hand-twisted with care, fire, and frequency. 🔥

The crown reminds me to stand in my power.
The spiral talisman speaks of growth, cycles, and infinite connection.
Each piece carries the energy of intention, a reminder that:
💫 I am energy.
💫 I am sacred.
💫 I am connected.

Jonell, thank you for these beautiful gifts. Your generosity and the love you weave into your art are truly felt. 🙏
