My heart is full! “COME TOGETHER” was truly a magical night – a reunion of friends and dance music pioneers that celebrated our vibrant community. The energy was electric, with stellar performances from our 9 DJs (@jimmydepre ,Jeremy Rosebrook, @djjellybeanbenitez ,@johnceglia, @iamhexhector, @morabito.nyc, Michael Fierman, @djproducerrobbieleslie) who delivered a master class in their craft. The soundtrack was everything we envisioned as they navigated seamlessly through every genre of dance music throughout the decades. It was impossible not to dance! I’m so grateful to John Ceglia for inviting me on this journey to produce this unforgettable night. Working alongside him to bring his vision to life was a joy! Happy birthday to this incredible human! And it takes a village…Huge thanks go out to @ariel_lights for his wizardry on the lights, our doorman, @the_real_ericdlc, our hosts (@billmattle, @hjimlin, @boyyish,@i_am_bare_naked, @macho_job, @marshastern, @tuckstop16),@rafa_negron2662 , @djmichaeltrillo, Peter Lau , Philip Forrett, @geetheldee and to the wonderful staff of @goodroombk ! And most importantly… to ALL OF YOU who filled the space with your energy and love-you are the heart and soul of this community. Without you there simply is no party. In the 40+ years I’ve been in the nightlife business, there’s nothing quite like walking through a packed dance floor, hugging friends, and meeting new ones, ensuring everyone is having the time of their lives, and watching people leave their worries at the door and lose themselves in the moment, if just for a short while. It’s an indescribable high that never gets old. “Come Together“ was a powerful reminder that music has the ability to unite, heal, and breathe life into our collective experience, no matter race, gender, sexual orientation, age, economic, status, etc. I’m still basking in the afterglow with a huge smile. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart to John Ceglia and everyone that made this magical evening possible! Until next time…xoxo Christina Video by Mike Trillo from John Ceglia’s set. #nycnighlife #dancemusichistory #clubhistory #clubculture

Happy Birthday @djjellybeanbenitez! We are super excited and honored he’ll be joining us at “Come Together” this Sunday November 10th at @goodroombk! JB stands as one of dance music’s most legendary figures who helped define the sound of New York City nightlife in the 1980s at iconic venues like Studio 54, Fun House, Electric Circus, and Palladium. His pioneering work as a producer and remixer has earned him multiple platinum records, notably through his collaborations with Madonna and has put his Midas touch on songs by Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Sting, David Bowie, and Paul McCartney to name a few. He has cemented his place as one of the most influential producers in dance music history. His ability to blend Latin rhythms with dance beats helped create the freestyle genre and influenced generations of DJs and producers. Jellybean continues to move dance floors around the world and we are thrilled he be with us this Sunday at Good Room!
