Whilst I prep in readiness to take the exam for my realty license in CA I’m making a point to get to know the area and the properties available.
Yesterday with my friend and great realtor @melissaresich we visited numerous homes in the Rolling Hills & Palos Verdes area. There are some incredible properties and we started with a fabulous home that provides an excellent opportunity for a lifelong residence in a superb area. The views were exceptional.

From our family to yours, hoping you had a very Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅🏻 Love this time of the year getting to spend more time celebrating the joys of the season with friends for parties, baby showers and plenty of game nights. But what I cherish the most is the week when all 3 boys are staying at home-the house is full of laughter and festivities again!! Brandon and Sean were so excited to pick out the Christmas tree 👏which started the month out on the right note and it finished with Dylan and McKenna’s first Christmas as Mr and Mrs! 🤵🏼👰🏻‍♀️ ❤️💚 Grateful for it all!🙏After Thanksgiving in La Quinta, Hawaii for a week and then NYC/Madison Square Garden I didn’t get a card out this year. So wishing all of you a very Happy New Year! 🥳🎆
