Our final goodbyes to loved ones. “Further from the sun” stemmed from one of the hardest moments in my life.
When my family came together for my Nans funeral, I tried my best to deliver a poem that would give justice to a life of such light and beauty. I know now she is finally at peace.

“A wave from the window
But this will never be goodbye”

Forced Ill Mind is out now.

This whole next chapter of @breakfifty is cut deep from myself and I want the thank the lads for giving me the space to put trapped emotions into an art form.

@matt.fifty for the incredible videography and all the hard work he’s put into this 🎥
@ryan_ukkingofping for killing the production 💿

“Forced Ill Mind” is about my nans battle with dementia before we lost her in September’24. Seeing someone so full of light and happiness slowly deteriorate and forget those closest to her was truly soul destroying.

“A light stripped from its skull
And that fear in your eyes
Nameless blank faces that once were your life
Never let go of me”
