This superset works extremely well for rotational athletes looking to develop power.

Using an overcoming iso first primes the system with maximal motor unit recruitment and increased firing rate. Following that up with some explosive med ball work is the best way to utilize the recruited motor units.

As a bonus, using the shuffle with the med ball is a great way to further increase rotational velocity. Building momentum increases stretch shortening cycle usage as well as force production from the ground up.

This method is relatively low stress on the tissues and is awesome as a primer to competition or early in a dynamic lift.
