Log week 3

Built up to an easy 130kg single wirh a 3s hold in rack for each rep

Still dealing with a shoulder niggle which is affecting my strict pressing greatly, on these kind of weights it doesn’t show up too much yet but working away to get that all fixed asap

gained a **** ton of static strength the past 12 months so just want to put it all together and show it for a massive pb

Want to get strong ? dM me

*****NEW PB STRICT LOG PRESS*****

After hitting 100kg it felt light, so went for 105kg Strict log, didn't feel too heavy, felt i had more in the tank.

Went for the 110kg first attempt couldn't get the lock out, faffed around too much get the log to my chest.

Second attempt was a little sloppy, did a little dance but still managed get it which was fucking sick!

I reckon 120 by end of year could be in the bag.
