For the second episode of my show OBUNTU on @lyl_radio I have the pleasure to host @bios.contrast @brahmancore An emerging artist from the Bengali experimental Dek Bass scene🙏. The show will broadcast live tomorrow at 4 p.m. (Paris time) followed by my first musical review article around the genre Dek Bass, it’s social origins and it’s impact on local alternative scenes, to also delve deeper into the work of my dear guest.

☆MDMJ drops tomorrow☆ 13 tracks + 1 remix by @brahmancore @bios.contrast out 8/28/26 on @intercontinentalballisticmusic “MDMJ is sculptural than musical, carving its way through noise with rhythm and texture. It resembles the sound of the industrial world, but emotive and pensive regarding it. The letters MDMJ are carved into the pavement outside my home. The name sort of carved itself: or rather by an anonymous graffiti artist. It could be initials, it could be a drug, it could mean absolutely nothing, but it being so dramatically vandalized into the industrial world required an ode to it. So like the scratched concrete, forever emblazoned with MDMJ, these tracks carve new messages for listeners to discover.”
