ORBINTERVIEW / BIRD PIT — SEOUL, 2026 Returning to @bird_pit ’s studio in Seoul, we found a space filled with works in progress, materials, and ideas waiting to come to life. From drawings and art books to handmade dolls and everyday objects, Bird Pit continues to explore how his characters can exist beyond the page and take on new forms in the physical world. Behind their playful expressions lies a world where cuteness and darkness coexist, humor meets absurdity, and familiar things take on unexpected forms. This time, we visited his studio to talk about the ideas behind his work, the joy of creating, and the new worlds he hopes to bring to life. Read the full interview in the slides.
