About a month ago our sweet Tuck had two teeth removed, including one of his upper fangs. Ever since his lip keeps getting stuck on his lower fang tooth, leaving what we call his snarly face. It’s so funny and cute that I had to share. 😏😹

I can’t think of a better way to start a Friday than attending the 18th annual San Diego Harvey Milk Diversity Breakfast with @birdersurfer. We made some new friends and got to meet author and this year’s Harvey Milk Leadership Awardee @iamgmjohnson, who signed our copy of All Boys Aren’t Blue. 😍

“I know that you cannot live on hope alone, but without it, life is not worth living. And you...And you...And you...Gotta give em hope.” ❤️‍🩹🏳️‍🌈

Yesterday I celebrated my 46th birthday. Aging is surreal. In many ways I don’t feel a day older than 26, while at the same time, it feels like 5 decades, not 2. I am grateful for more time on this planet and will always share my future birthdays with those who left too soon. (Thinking of you today and everyday, Todd. ❤️‍🩹)

Life is short. Wear the tiara. 👸🏼

I spent my birthday with my favorite person and our fur kids. Who could ask for anything more?

Oh and my birthday wish is for peace and justice. Here and abroad. Fuck ICE and Free Palestine. 🕊️🇵🇸

This amazing human turned 50 today and got five special desserts over the last week, one for each decade. 🎂❤️ If we’ve learned anything after all the loss in the last year—dear friends and the tens of thousands murdered in Gaza—it’s how precious life is. What a gift to turn 50. 🥹 I am the luckiest one to have Nathan in my life. Happiest of birthdays, mi amor. 🥰😘
