Summer highlight 🌞

For the second time, I had the opportunity to join the lovely @purehouse_europe for a whole week of joy, practices, co-creation, sweating, and liberation — all in the caring hands of @indahouseuk 👐🏻

And for the second time it was a unique and deep journey into the culture, community and oneself.

I cannot fully articulate, what these people and a place provides, but I’ll try to mention just a few:
🫂 sense of camaraderie
🎍a chance to grow the ways you didn’t know you have in you
🦋 opportunity to be present and view others’ journeys
🐜 sense of belonging to something bigger than yourself
♥️ and the last but not the least - not to be judged, but to be challenged for your own good

The notes were taken, experiences experienced, conversations held or left for another time 🌜🌛

I want to say special thanks and hug @arunas_aru and the beautiful team, who’d made it come to life - you are amazing people with big hearts 💕

Looking forward to seeing your lovely faces, legs, arms and smiles next time 🤗

Photos are taken by one and only @gabriele.pauraite 😘

Musicality
the awareness of music, rhythm and how dancers express these with their bodies.
