16: BITEME - THINGS YOU USED TO ENJOY

For the next track we welcome back BITEME to the label, after her successful beatport charting debut EP at the beginning of the year she has been cooking up all sorts of goodness for us.

Possibly one of the most exciting prospects in drum and bass at the moment with regular VISION radio support highlighting her commitment so pushing boundaries within the genre.

This one is a hard hitting, techno infused beat with heavy 4 x 4 drums and a gritty, dark bassline fit for only pitch black rooms and late nights.

Check out the interview to find out her favourite thing about drum and bass, who influences her and what her *questionable* favourite takeaway is (sushi is indeed dead as takeaway but we won’t hold that against her).

Subdue Audio kick off 2026 in style welcoming fresh talent to the fold in the form of BITEME. The Scottish born, Leeds based producer lands on the label and she makes a lot of noise in the process. Headway isn’t just an EP it’s a statement - I’m BITEME and this is what I can do.

Complex, hard hitting, sound design & forward thinking creativity combine to push the boundaries of what Drum & Bass can be. Key influences like Buunshin, Phace & Gyrofield shine through as BITEME delivers something different, something untraditional. Music that speaks to the dancefloor, the listeners and the DJs.

veryyy gassed to announce i am running 2 workshops for the girls and theys in music at @boomtownfairofficial 2025! 🎋❤️‍🔥

as a part of the workshop, i have put together USBs, loaded with 24 tracks of 100% female and gender non conforming produced dance music which we will be customizing at the @climateliveuk bus 🚌🚌

the experience of connecting with so many non-male producers, hearing their artistry, and organising the tracks into a plug and play playlist, ready for the dance has been such a healing experience, so thank you to everyone who has been so receptive and involved <3 supporting eachother and sharing resources is how we ALL win!!

so if you’re a babe or they in music, come down to the climate live bus at 4-5pm on thursday or 12-1pm on saturday to collect ur USB and be a part of something very special :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️
