Yep. Every day from 5–6 PM, you can get salmon nigiri for just $1 each.

And this isn’t low-quality sushi.

The salmon was fresh, the rice was moist and well seasoned, and each piece already had wasabi and seasoned soy sauce built in.

Even better — the torched salmon was only $1.50 when I visited.

One of the absolute best dishes I have had all year. The Shiromi Crudo with Japanese Mountain Peaches @bitesushitapas which is a new place in Oak Cliff and Chef @_leo_nguyen brings experience from Uchi, The Wolf’s Tailor in Denver with Two Michelin Stars, Nori Handroll and Nobu.

Place is super approachable and the vibe is relaxed, with that indie Austin feel. Loved it so much, came here 2x this week!
