🕷️🍓BERRY SCARY🍓🕷️

Blast from the past! This new cocktail traps nostalgia in a glass! This fun new spooky seasonal cocktail takes a twist on a cereal we grew up on!

It starts with soaking milk in Franken Berry cereal and then combining that with Planteray 3 Star White Rum. With that we then add Acid Buddy Strawberry Butter and some citric acid to create the milk wash effect that causes the mix to curd. That mix is then strained through a coffee filter over night where a super silky texture remains from the fat washing process. A marshmallow syrup is made to mimic the marshmallows in the cereal along with some toasted almond & orange bitters to give depth and complexity. Lastly it’s balanced with some Luxardo Bitter Bianco to manage the sweetness and we thought it would be fitting to freeze some plastic spiders in our large ice cubes to give the full effect! This was a fun festive cocktail to create and truly all of the flavors come through when drinking it!

There is a lot of backend work in making this cocktail so possibly if people are truly interested in seeing what goes into that we could consider making a video walking through all of the steps!

Nightmare on Third Street is back, and the drinks are dressed for the occasion.

Three cocktails, each with its own particular kind of trouble:

LAST RITES
Ten Head Vodka, Japanese melon liqueur, pineapple, lime and coconut. Bright, tropical and electric green. It looks suspicious. It drinks dangerously easy.

SMOKE & MIRRORS
Blanco tequila, mezcal, passionfruit, lime, ginger beer and habanero. Smoky, tropical and tart, with a little ginger snap and habanero heat creeping in at the end.

RED RUM
Aged rum, sweet vermouth, Heirloom Alchermes and Bittercube Root Beer Bitters. Dark, rich, spiced and just a little sinister.

The lights are low. The skeletons have moved in. The cocktails are ready.

Nightmare on Third Street is happening now through Halloween at Wiscocktail Lounge.

Swipe through the lineup, then come find your favorite.
