I haven’t been myself for the past three months.

Three months of planning, sleepless nights, meetings, and sponsorship pitches that mostly ended in disappointment. A day before the project, I was still considering cancelling it.

But we kept going.

This project was personal. As a child, I survived because blood was available when I needed it and my parents could afford it. Growing up, I’ve always wondered about those who aren’t as fortunate. Little Smiles, Big Dreams 2.0 was my way of playing a small part in changing that.

Together, medical students across South-South Nigeria collected 197 units of blood, proving that when young people unite behind a common purpose, they can make a real difference.

My sincere appreciation to every State Coordinator, MSA, the National Blood Service Agency South-South Zone, our partner hospitals, the NiMSA South-South Directorate of Health led by @girllike_praise , the Directorate of Programs & Projects led by @akintayo__ and my Chief of Staff @waltertotheworld , my REC, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and everyone who believed in this vision.

We played our part.

And indeed, Everywhere good for kids. 🩸🏌🏽‍♂️🚀

Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, Benson Idahosa University Medical Students’ Association (BIUMSA) & The University of Benin Medical Students’ Associations ( UBEMSA ) proudly took part in one of the largest blood drives in South-South Nigeria ❤️🩸

It was more than just a successful event — it was a mission to save lives, especially the most vulnerable among us. The blood donated will go a long way in helping babies and children in the wards, giving them a fighting chance at life.

Beyond lectures and clinical postings, this is what being a medical student truly represents — showing up when it matters and making real impact.

From every donor who stepped forward, to every volunteer who made it happen, this was a collective act of compassion and humanity. Lives will be saved because people chose to care.

Special appreciation to Comr. Ikhile John for the vision and leadership behind this impactful initiative 🙏🏽✨

BIUMSA & UBEMSA didn’t just show up — They made a difference. And this is only the beginning.

Scora Unfiltered: No Judgement Fridays ❤️

“I said no… but I didn’t want to make a scene.”

Not every unsafe moment is loud.
Sometimes it’s subtle.
Sometimes it’s disguised as “just vibes.”

And sometimes… it takes a stranger to notice what others don’t.

To the girl who stepped in—
you did more than help. You protected.

Let this be a reminder:
✨ If something feels off, it probably is
✨ You don’t owe anyone politeness over your safety
✨ And if you see something… step in

Safe spaces don’t just exist.
We create them.

In commemoration of World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026, SCORA, in collaboration with MWAN, SCOPH, FAMSA, GBV and OCFF, successfully hosted the “Pad a Girl” awareness campaign on 11th June 2026.

Through this outreach, over 200 adolescent girls were reached with comprehensive menstrual health education, engaging myth-busting sessions, open conversations, and the distribution of sanitary pads.

The campaign was driven by a shared goal—to normalize conversations around menstruation, eliminate stigma, and equip young girls with the knowledge and resources to manage their periods safely, confidently, and with dignity.

Every girl deserves to thrive, every day of the month. 🌸🤍

Today, we raise awareness, break the silence, and empower every girl to manage her period with dignity and confidence. 💪🏽💖

No shame. No stigma. Just knowledge, support, and care.
