Tecnica sempre bella | the prettier it is the more effective the technique is right?

the infamous @mateusz_szczecinski shin bolo saddle entry and a little extra!

I’ll also be teaching a Nogi Europeans Camp in Cologne early October at @heliosproject.bjj.cologne - we will be covering K guard and the false reap there. 🇩🇪

Featured in Public Domain 2026 Issue.

Every year in Cagliari, Sardinia, during @bjjsummerweek_ @ocean_bjjpro turns competition into something larger than a bracket.

Built as a No Gi event with its own ruleset, international ambition and a clear taste for submissions, Ocean sits at the crossroads of sport, spectacle and community.
It exists inside the wider energy of BJJ Summer Week, one of the largest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu camps in the world, where seminars, open mats, culture, parties and competition transform Sardinia into a temporary capital of the sport.

For a few days, grappling leaves the usual frame. The mats become a meeting point. The island becomes a scene. The event becomes part of a bigger story.
Ocean BJJ Pro Championship is not only about who wins. It is about where the sport is going, how it gathers people, and how Jiu Jitsu keeps building its own culture.

POV: We were at @ocean_bjjpro 🌊🥋 last year… and we still haven’t stopped talking about it.

What. An. Event. From the energy in the crowd to the intensity on the mats, every match had us on the edge of our seats. 🔥 The level of skill, heart, and grit on display was unreal athletes left it all out there, and the atmosphere was electric from start to finish. ⚡️

Huge congratulations to all the champions 🏆🙌 and respect to every competitor who stepped on the mat. The dedication to the art of jiu-jitsu was seriously inspiring.

Looking back, we’re so grateful we got to witness it all live. Already counting down until the next one. 🌊💙 #OceanBJJ #JiuJitsuLifestyle #BJJFamily #povjiujitsu
