Cool moment at today’s Cubs game. Had a chance to meet B.J. Murray Jr., who just made his Major League debut with the Cubs on September 1. Super nice guy and great to see him getting his shot in the big leagues. ⚾️🐻

I didn’t make it to the MLB..⚾️

For years that ate at my identity and soul. But, not everyone makes it. Which is why when I see loved ones and close friends make it, it fills me with emotion and joy. 🥹♥️

Because sometimes, the right people and the right families, truly get to enjoy this exact blessing and experience, I didn’t get.

The Murray’s always been so good to me from my freshman year of high school. Kind, loving, good hearted people. What a beautiful moment I got to experience with them last weekend! Congrats @bjmurray9 on making it to the SHOW!! All the sacrifices and hard times has paid off MY GUY! God is good. 💯 #mlb #cubs

Gavin’s first Cubs game at LoanDepot Park was EVERYTHING. 🥹

Autographs from BJ Murray Jr. & Dansby Swanson. ✍🏼
Starting his own chant and getting PCA to wave to him. 👋🏼
Watching Pete Crow-Armstrong hit his 40th home run in person. 💣🤯
And getting to run the bases himself. 🏃🏻‍♂️💨

As a baseball mom, these are the moments I wish I could freeze in time. Watching your little boy light up doing what he loves is something so special. ❤️

He wasn’t just watching baseball… he was living his baseball dream. ⚾️

And who knows, Gav… maybe one day you’ll be the one out there hitting the home runs and running those bases. 🥹💙

Dream big, buddy. We’ll always be in the stands cheering the loudest for you. ⚾️💙
