I’ve always been fascinated by light. Creating surrealistic settings with the help of flashes is what really gets me going. Here’s a series of shots I’ve been doing the last few years where I’ve created light trails with long shutter speeds and then frozen the action with a flash. Which one is your favorite?

I just love creating light trails combined with action. This time I put LED-lights under the skateboard and used rear curtain sync on the flash to freeze the action at the end of the light trail.

2022 - 8 issues - 79 interviews

If 2021 was a huge year for backside skatemag not sure what I call 2022? Big thanks to everybody that came along for the ride and making this a special, special, special year. There would be absolutely nothing without people willing to share their stories, work and passion with me and the rest of the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
