“Why We Try” has been out for a week now! Thank you for all the love on the new song!!🪕

I spent four days driving to MT, and now I’m fighting a cold so I can play the next few weeks of shows! (Wish me luck) 🏔️

Here are some shots of me and @bk.musiccc from last nights 4th of July show! 🎆

Even though this post is a little late I am proud to say that my band placed 4th place at the #ozarkmoutainmusic contest. To meeting almost everyone at #SPGMA in Nashville TN to just messaging someone random on Instagram that you thought you new. I made so many new friends and memories this year in the contest! Thank you all for the ones that helped us we really could not have done as well as we did without you!

Wednesday 6:00-8:00 Tuneup Bar, Bozeman, MT 🪕

I'm so excited to be bringing an Ian and Friends bluegrass trio out for the first time this year! 🎻🪕It's been a long time coming and I'm excited to be joined by my good friends Bowdrie and Curtis from the @twoskipmannband -- you've most likely caught them playing somewhere around town -- and boy, these guys are seriously phenomenal. Whether you're a fan of traditional bluegrass 🌾, modern jam grass🧋, or have never heard any bluegrass whatsoever at all absolutely never ever in your life 💆, you'll not want to miss this! We'll be taking all your requests 📋 and having an overall swell time.

Lineup:
Bowdrie Krack: Mandolin, Guitar, Vocals
Curtis Upton: Guitar, Banjo, Vocals
Ian Oehler: Bass, Vocals
