First Post, Second Nature.

Kitch’s Headline Show - Second Nature.
Thursday, 30th of April 2026. Big Penny Social, E17.

KILLA! The first of many for Kitch, an artist hailing out of Walthamstow, E17 that puts passion and heart into every word uttered. An artist that shows no bounds when it comes to lyricism, with the energy of a veteran in the game.

I was first introduced to Kitch through the means of @TheyKnowLucky and @fr3nchexclusive , two creatives that I’ve seen flourish first hand. As the saying goes “Birds of a feather, flock together”. Two artists I hail in very high regard, exposing my cultural and musical knowledge even further.

If you’ve followed Kitch’s story, you may be accustomed to the personal battles that are displayed throughout his music. A speech impediment that affects one’s capability to annunciate words, however, is juxtaposed when it’s time for the beats and bars to let fly. Effortlessly flowing when it comes to rapping about his upbringing, his surroundings, his personal relationships and the dreams and aspirations that afflicts any artist that bleeds for their craft. And Kitch executes these themes perfectly, with maturity and wisdom gleaming throughout each verse or chorus.

What made this night even more special, was not only the fact that it was the first of many headline shows - but it was Kitch’s first time showcasing his skills without a backing beat. A moment that encapsulates strength, courage and bravery that overwhelmed everyone in attendance. Facing adversity in the face of a crowd is no easy feat, and Kitch took it to the masses with his performance. Overcoming his stutter through painstakingly potent poetry, and it erupted in applause that echoed throughout the venue.

The show was accompanied by @TheyKnowLucky and @tee.valentine - who excelled in their performances, bringing an emphatic aura to their music. With focuses on the R&B and Trapsoul sound, they brought an energy about them that was undeniable.

“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”

no way I was gonna end this without a feature from my brother 🤍
