7 miles total. Training and temps are ramping up and I'm here for it. But not going to lie it is better doing it with friends and family. @blackmenrun_clt @blackmenrun

When you have a community like-minded people you feel like you can take on the world. Almost like a safe space for introverts and extroverts as well. This community of runners hits different in Charlotte and I know it does in others cities I lived in like NJ, Philly, NY, and Boston. 📸 @cltnativeagain @blackmenrun_clt @paceoftheeast @charlotterunningcompany @achillescharlotte @latinosruncharlotte

Another well represented Unity Run hosted at @crcdilworth by Charlotte Run Crews including @blackmenrun_clt , Latinos Run Charlotte, Hare Bandits, Achilles Charlotte, and Pace of the East.

It was an early start but well worth it. I had an amazing time.

Racefest 2026 was amazing!! I had another chance to pace the 70 min finish group and we had a great time!!! Running the race is fun, but pacing is an act of service and I love it.

After you run, you cheer!! Mad Miles cheer squad should be a study because its a vibe!!! Everyone always talks about how our cheer squad helps them out.

First time participating in the @charlotteracefest Half Marathon and it didn't disappoint. Those hills were relentless but it was fun nevertheless.

Happy to have an amazing run community to fellowship and share the experience with. What a time!
