Stock up on some garden beers & hot sauce for this weekend. Guaranteed to make your BBQ meat, fish & veg taste better!l with a bit of sweet heat.

Some like it hot, and some want the the fire to burn long. This is our special Hot Sauce created by our good friends at @thefermentationstationuk.

They have Lacto-Fermented and Pickled Jalapeños for 14 days, blended with smokey chipotle and our raspberry Berliner Weisse. This raspberry chipotle sauce is sweet, tangy, and spicy, the perfect sauce to liven up any dish with a little sweet heat.

This is part of their spring range so head to their website for all of their other great products.

Available from the brewery shop today and on our webshop from 3pm!

// MEET THE MAKER // This is Joe from @glenaffricbrew
We love Glen Affric as they are local and brew some cracking beer just over the water in Birkenhead.

Joe’s favourite beer is Over The Water. A 7.2% New England IPA collab w/ @blacklodgebrew ‘it’s got them brilliant tropical notes that come from fresh juicy hops and a great thick body. It's bright orange and every gulp is a proper treat’ 🍻

Alpha Delta x Black Lodge • Tectonic
TIPA • 10.0%

What a fascinating beer, totally breaking the mould.
.
.
Starts off super juicy but quickly descends into smoky darkness. It’s got an oaky, peaty body that you’d expect from a single malt.
.
.
Brilliantly different, inventive, creative. This isn’t for everyone, but it’s excellent.
