🎸🎻 ROCKESTRA 2026 – WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD

Rockestra has always been much more than a concert.

It’s where the power of a full symphonic orchestra meets the energy of a rock band, together with some of Malta’s finest singers and musicians — all coming together for one very important reason: to make a difference.

Every edition supports the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation, turning a night of music and entertainment into a night of solidarity and support for those who need it most.

And for us at Mad About Video, Rockestra is particularly special.

We’ve been there since the very beginning. ❤️

Year after year, we’ve watched Rockestra grow and evolve, and we’re proud to once again be part of the team behind this unique production.

For Rockestra 2026, our video workflow brings together:

🎬 Disguise media servers
✨ Notch real-time graphics & content
🎛️ Blackmagic Design ATEM live video production
📹 Panasonic PTZ cameras
🎥 Blackmagic Studio Cameras
⚡ Lightware video signal distribution over fibre

Media playback, real-time content, live cameras, switching and fibre distribution — all working together as one integrated video system behind the show.

This year’s “What a Wonderful World” edition carries an even deeper meaning, celebrating the life and memory of Maestro Aurelio Belli and his contribution to Rockestra.

For us, it’s another chapter in a journey we’ve been privileged to be part of from day one.

Great music. Great people. One great cause. ❤️

🎥 Capturing a historic moment in Ħaż-Żabbar.

Proud to be entrusted with the live streaming and recording of today’s solemn celebrations at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Grace, marking the 75th Anniversary of the Crowning of the Titular Painting of Our Lady of Grace.

A truly significant occasion for the Żabbar community, celebrated by Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna and marked by the placing of the Golden Rose blessed by Pope Leo XIV. 🌹

Our multi-camera production setup features Panasonic PTZ cameras and Blackmagic Design ATEM switching, delivering the ceremony live while preserving this important moment for generations to come.

Technology serving tradition, history and community. 🎬

Raw footage → content that actually grabs attention. 🎬

Took a simple talking-head clip and gave it a complete visual upgrade.

✦ Better framing
✦ Visual storytelling
✦ Color & atmosphere
✦ Clean, engaging presentation

I’m currently looking to work with creators, brands & businesses that want their content to look more professional.

Have footage that needs an upgrade? DM me “EDIT” 📩

Edited in DaVinci Resolve.

Nha Trang from a different angle. 🌊

I caught this stretch of coastline on the quieter side of the city, where the road follows the rocks and the bay opens up toward the mountains. Early morning, barely any movement on the water, and that soft coastal light that makes you want to pull over and hang out for a minute.

It reminded me a little of those California mornings when you take the long way just because the view is worth it.

Vegas!!! I had the immense privilege of being able to go to Las Vegas for the BEA/NAB conference with my amazing fellow @umontevallobea cabinet members! While there, we learned from many industry professionals - from horror writers and producers to sound designers to Team Deakins! I also took the incredible opportunity to be on a screenwriter panel of people who received BEA awards for their scripts. I am so grateful for this opportunity and to get to go with such awesome people and I hope to be back next year!
