Friday 16 May 2025, Duncan Village, Gompo Art Centre Our final day of the #EZIKOVILLAGETOUR was a grand success! We had a full house at the perfect venue, Gompo Art Centre. The ceremony kicked off with a welcoming address by a Councillor, adding a touch of formality to the event. We were treated to performances by various groups, including my friends "Wise Fools" (Siseko Pame and Sipho), who surprised me with their presence! Other talented acts included oomama, dancers, soloists, and poets. Special thanks to "The Flammingos" jazz appreciators group for hosting us. The energy was electric, with elders nodding and clapping, singing along and tapping, and youth alike fully immersed in the experience. Huge gratitude to the Community of Duncan Village, my team, band, and @umtizaartsfestival for an unforgettable finale. #umtizaartsfestival #umtizaartsfestival2025 📷 @mes_mo of @sixblx The Band
