The secret to getting “unstuck” might surprise you 👇 Here’s the thing: Most of us get so caught up in “figuring it all out” that we forget the simple stuff that actually helps us move forward. The simple stuff that we did as kids like…. You guessed it - blowing bubbles. 👉Or laughing at ourselves. 👉Getting lost in music that makes you feel something. 👉Doing something creative just for the hell of it and not caring if it’s “good”. 👉Talking to a stranger who ends up making your day. 👉Letting yourself be bad at something and loving it anyway. When you’re in that lighter, more playful state, your brain opens up. You get creative again. You start seeing possibilities instead of problems. It’s easier to move forward. You stop feeling like you’re fighting to walk through quicksand. 🧡 That’s what I help people do: break down the overthinking, bring the joy back, and find clarity that actually feels good. If this resonates with you - you’re in the right place. 🫧 Come for the bubbles, follow for the breakthroughs. 🧡
