🥯 Black Seed Bagels

🥯 Sausage, Egg & Cheese on an Everything Bagel: The sausage was huge and really thick, which made it super filling. I wish the bagel had been toasted a little more, but it was still airy, chewy, and had a great texture. The cheese was almost like a thick, seasoned sauce, which made the whole sandwich extra creamy.

📝 This was the longest I had to wait for a bagel out of all the bagel spots I tried. I’d recommend pre-ordering online or coming with a friend so someone can wait while the other does something else. The bagel is worth it, but be prepared for a wait.

The first four days of my trip I visited friends in Brooklyn, Cambridge and Provincetown and ate exceptionally well 🇺🇸

The highlights included:

1. Getting tacos in NYC is non negotiable. @taqueria_ramirez_ were excellent 🌮
2. Unreal brisket and ribs at a proper US BBQ spot @hometownbarbque 🍖
3. First time trying key lime pie and @stevesauthentic do it best 🍋‍🟩
4. @blackseedbagels coming through with an excellent everything bagel 🥯
5. The smoked salmon focaccia @radiobakerynyc was the perfect brek 🤩
6. New York style pepperoni pizza from Greenpoint fave @chrissys.pizza 🍕
7. Couldn’t go to cape cod and not get a lobster roll, @lobsterpotptown delivered 🦞
8. The beef tartare at the beaut @freemansptown 🥖
9. Trying Cuban food including these melt in your mouth ribs @gustazocubankitchenandbar
10. The cutest wine bar and addictive onion dip (with crisps) @dearanniebar
