🐑Still one of our favorite renovations was the @blacksheepstudiosnj expansion!

Super proud to have helped Devon bring her vision to life with a space that now offers Pilates, barre, spin, infrared-heated classes & much more.

🌱If you’re a local business who’s ready to GROW, give us a call & let’s talk about your renovation!

Just having some fun taking the very real things that can happen in life and how it processes through your group fitness instructor’s head 🤣🤣🤣… don’t think I’m gonna make a lot of these… just no powerlifting vids today…

Take a moment and breathe, it’s all good! We all go through it 🎃👻🧟‍♂️

Have a great day!

Turns out, you can do both. 🫶🏽

You can have the career that pays the bills and the career that feeds your soul.

For me, that looks like being a Registered Dietitian while also pursuing my passion as a fitness instructor.

One allows me to nourish people from the inside out, while the other allows me to help them feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.

Just a little reminder that you don’t have to choose between what you’re good at and what sets your soul on fire. ✨

Not every instructor is going to be everyone’s cup of tea. We all have different personalities, teaching styles, and ways of motivating people.

You can be passionate about what you do, genuinely care about your clients, and give your job everything you have and still not be everyone’s favorite.
And that’s okay.

A few things I’d tell a new instructor:

• You don’t have to change your personality to be liked by everyone.

• Don’t take it personally when someone prefers another instructor. Different people connect with different teaching styles.

• Be open to constructive criticism, but don’t let the need for approval dictate who you are.

• Focus on becoming a better instructor, not being the most popular one.

• Be yourself. Your confidence will grow when you stop trying to be everything to everyone.

It’s not easy! But nothing about this job is easy! Have fun enjoy every moment the ups and downs your people will find you!🫶🏻 •
