For those who get discouraged

1. Falling is apart of succeeding much like life when your given Lemons you make Lemonade, In this sport you get up and Try again.

2. Don’t get caught in the loop of measuring your progression to someone else’s, it’s marathon not a Sprint and like a marathon your the one whom crosses the finish line no one else can do it for you.

3. Adopt the 1% Mentality and Progression will bear its fruit, - 1% better than who you were yesterday

4. Get in the Gym! When it comes to Snowboarding or skiing we utilize parts of the body that we don’t normally use day to day, Being in the Gym helps with Injury prevention and Durability.

5. Consistency and Drive is what I’ve seen most High level athletes embody that continually helps improve their own performance.
