Traveling Bartender Appreciation Post
(part one)

My gratitude is overflowing to the cocktail communities of Guangzhou and Shenzhen – your passion is beyond extraordinary!

A heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at @hopeandsesame for letting this old dog step into your world for a night. To the fantastic crews at @bar_sanyou in both cities – after 50+ Baijius tasted my liver may need a vacation, but my heart is dancing with joy.

Hats off to @bastien.ciocca and the whole team for being impeccable hosts and patient guides (special shoutout to Zoe – enduring me for four days deserves a medal). Can't wait to bring the @whereislaowai team into the mix, sharing the treasures we brought back with our guests.

Oh, and, we'll see you at #VancouverCocktailWeek in March! #SpoilerAlert
