Memorial Day just got elevated 🔥

We are beyond excited to welcome record-holding cirque artist Enya White @blacktrapeze for a powerful day of back-to-back training at the studio on May 25th ✨

Two chances to train, explore, and expand:

🖤 10:30 AM — Cross My Back
A 90-minute deep dive into dynamic pathways, strength, and connection through the back body.

🖤 12:30 PM — Resonance
A 90-minute all-apparatus experience exploring intention, presence, and performance quality—where movement meets meaning.

Take one or immerse yourself in both—this is a rare opportunity to learn from a true force in the aerial world 💫

Almost 4 million concussions occur every year because of sports and recreational activities, and between 30% and 50% go unreported . Most of us have unfortunately experienced a concussion (or more) and never did any sort of rehab. 30 years or more later, you wonder if you can still do something or if it’s too late… my answer - DO SOMETHING!

Concussions can impact vision, balance, and mood just to name a few. And these three things have a trickle effect impacting “minor”
things like posture, neck tension, knee pain, sleep quality, impulse control and much more!

Enya, took a YEAR to rehab her vestibular system to be where she is today - spinning and twisting 30 feet in the air, 10 shows a week, for @cirquedusoleil

The exercises she rehabbed with are the same that we perform in our neuro and brain fit sessions! And the results have shown to be extremely positive for the clients that have invested the time to perform these drills!

We want you to know you are not alone. That it is not too late. And that we understand! Reach out to one of us for help! I have tagged a few others that focus on vestibular training and concussion rehabilitation programs to help!

👉🏽 Learn even more by watching the full episode on YouTube or listening to the podcast! The link in the bio will direct you to the two channels!
