Fashion week looks glamorous on the feed. In reality it’s tripods in your way, five people talking at the same time, someone giving a thumbs up for no reason, and a whole crew figuring out the lighting mid-show. And we love every second of it. 💕

The platform. The train. The presence. 🖤
She made Grand Central feel like a private studio and barely broke a sweat doing it. That’s just what a good subject does.

People always ask what we do before the show starts and this is it — we walk the space, we find the angles, and we appreciate the runway before it gets taken over. Black Umbrella Studio documents the whole experience and the setup is always one of our first stops.

NYFW energy. Production mode activated. Cameras up, lights glowing, models moving like magic in the middle of the city that never sleeps.

This is what behind-the-scenes brilliance looks like. 🎥🔥
