Count your blessings, not your mishaps. I bet you have way more reasons to be thankful. 💖✨

My beautiful, sweet girls surprised me with an early, intimate Mother’s Day dinner at one of the top 100 steakhouses in the U.S. last night. They gave me my flowers, literally and figuratively. 💐 I was speechless and am still in awe at their outpouring of love for me. ♥️ This was one of those moments where you say to yourself, “I raised them well”. I am forever grateful to God for blessing me with these two wonderful souls. 🥰🙌🏽🥺 #HappyMothersDay to all the Moms on this fine day! 💖💐

As we celebrate
Women’s History Month we first give reverence to the women of the Bible, as we continue to celebrate women in history who paved the way and the women who continue to do so today. Much gratitude to all the women who, in the words of Dr. Karri Bryant, “has had the audacity” to make a difference because the women who has boldness stands out in the crowd. She does not just go with the flow. She not only thinks about herself, but generations to come. She does not settle because she knows her worth. Her beauty is unique. She believes and she operates according to who God says she is. There’s nothing like being connected to women empowering other women. 💜💚🤍

On November 8, 1997 at 4:20 a.m., a very special person was born.

Please join me in wishing my daughter Kennedy Banks a HAPPY 2️⃣7️⃣th BIRTHDAY!!! You made me a Mom and I am thoroughly enjoying having a front seat to your amazing life. I ♥️ how you love God and your family, are conscientious of how you live your life & treat people, and how you constantly make moves & decisions to better your life.

Keep shining, my sweet Ken Ken!!! (She hates when I call her that) 😩😂
