Alaa Re Aalaa Bappa Aalaa!!!

The merriment involved in welcoming Ganesha home, continues from childhood! One festival where we as kids used to do everything related to this festival and yes even making prasad and helping mom to make special dishes!

Going with Dad and get a clay idol from the market, decorating with flowers, fruits and leaves , wonderful memories kick alive thinking of this festival!

The enthusiasm continues even today and counting days for the big day!

Welcoming the Lord home!

It’s that time of the week when we announce the winners and #top10 entries of the #weekendchallenge This one was especially difficult because barring a few entries everyone deserved to be part of our #topten But 10 we had to choose. So our gracious co-host @just2ofusratika helped us shortlist the entries and chose the top two who will win her #decoupage plates. CONGRATULATIONS to all! We hope to see similar participation / enthusiasm in our next weekend challenge.

Happy Buddha Purnima!

*Buddha Purnima* marks the birth anniversary of Siddhartha Gautama, later came to be known as Lord Buddha who sat under the Bodhi tree and attained *Enlightenment* at *Bodh Gaya.*

Today every tree symbolises the source of life. When the world is facing - lack of oxygen, trees are the best source of oxygen. #SaveTreeSaveLife

*Let's enlighten our life by saving trees around us.* *Respect our Earth - Buddha*

Thank you @hemalpaliwal and @honeyaulakh9 for the tag to share #songsforpositivity

This track #enjoyenjaami calls out the joy in the land, amongst animals, birds, plants even the caterpillar's sister & the croaking frog and asks us to feel that pulse and natural rhythm of life and live and love in celebration!

"Enjoy my dear, Come together as one
Ride on the elephants shower In the rains.
Cuckoo cuckoo - The hen is laying the egg
Cuckoo cuckoo - Who dolled up the peacock
Cuckoo cuckoo"

I hope you enjoy this. Further tagging my friends to share their songs♥️
