✨The Celebration✨
We had so much fun celebrating our elopement with some of our favorite people. Truly thank you to everyone who came to continue to support us like yall have done from the beginning!!
I keep replaying every moment in my head because it meant so much to us to have so many people come together to show their love and have just a great time.
Special huge shoutout to my best friend @mere.shaffer who was our literal everything. Photographer, planner, coordinator, set up crew, therapist, EVERYTHING!
There were so many great candid moments of everyone having a blast that didn’t make the 20 photo cap but man it was literally perfect.
I could go on for hours but alas!!! Enjoy Justin getting his first tattoo, our first dance, and all the moments in between 🥺🫶

Calling out my name in the summer rain, ciao amore

It’s incredible how effortless a vendor team makes it look when creating your dream wedding vision!

This day at Britton Manor was infused with siren energy when poolside and luxe European energy when surrounded by the manor’s ornate decor.

Giving love to the florals, tablescape, pop up bar, incredible vision come to life through direction & execution!

Let’s save the for the pictures, and let an amazing vendor team handle the rest 🤍

So, yesterday was World Photography Day. Lately, life has been super busy with a slew of amazing new clients between Wilmington and New York, but I wanted to take a break for a minute, get on here, and say “thank you.”

Photography, to me (especially as my niche is primarily moving more towards lifestyle and fashion), is more than just about preserving a memory; it’s about the fun of it. It’s about the laughs and elevating every chance I get. The last sixteen years, I have been shooting on and off, but the last six, especially since going full-time, have allowed me to garner a deep appreciation for not only my art, but for those around me that continuously are involved in my creative process. It drives me to continue to do better and hone in even further.

With that said, I couldn’t choose all of my favorites from this year so far, but here are 20.

BTS of our latest styled shoot, because while the final photos are pretty, but the chaos behind them is the real story. And honestly, it’s the same chaos your wedding team handles for you on the actual day.

Some fun facts about the day:
I built this entire vision on a flight home from Japan.
The rentals couldn’t deliver that day, so I rented a 9 foot moving van and hauled tables, chairs, dinnerware, and linens myself, plus everyone’s outfits!
The florist’s grasses didn’t show up in time, so he stopped at a garden center on the way to the venue and gave some potted grasses a haircut to achieve the look of our waves of grasses falling down the tables.
We got sunburnt, swarmed by gnats, and I checked the weather three times a day all week because it was supposed to storm.
It didn’t rain a single drop while we were there. Ten minutes after I left, it poured.

This is what a good team does. Problem-solves in real time, so all you see is the beautiful result. Final images coming soon!
