Coaching at Accelerate is an experience that will forever stay with me personally and professionally. Everything was one of a kind, from the unique people, to the special gym space, aesthetic and location. Thanks to all for being part of that.

Even though nothing can replicate this, the future projects can use Accelerate Seattle as inspiration for years to come. From one evolution to the next. Practice gratitude and go get up and do what needs to be done. It's your fitness journey.

I think it comes as no surprise that the pics I chose to commemorate my 33rd year are all from @accelerateseattle. Working out here is literally one of the only things that has kept me sane this past year as I’ve navigated becoming a full-time student again and completing the first year of my masters @sieamedicine, while also managing my other love @inspirefitnessseattle. I feel stronger than ever, both physically and mentally, and am so grateful for all the amazing people who I’m surrounded with and inspired by daily— at the gym, at work, and at school.

I’ve received so many texts, calls, video and audio messages, cards, and love today from so many special people, and I genuinely feel so loved and lucky 🥰. Can’t wait to see what 34 has in store!

So many core memories made on September 9th, 2023.

Singing in the Bridal Suite with my best friends. Almost tripping over my dress trying to get to the altar. Seeing my husband in his tux for the first time. Laughing hysterically at his vows and trying not to cry during mine. Our first dance. Seeing the British contingent tear it up on the dance floor.
