Failure is not my enemy, it is a tool. There are no set backs, only learning opportunities. Adversity is my ally because only by overcoming challenges can I reach my fullest potential.

So glad I have such an amazing team and friend group to go through all the ups and downs wrestling and life present. Improvement doesn't happen overnight and the only place we have to go is up.

Blaise and I talked about how he started in the sport of wrestling, how wrestling is a very difficult sport, and what wrestling means to Blaise. We also talked about how wrestling has impacted his life for the better, and how wrestling has gone for him these past couple of years. Lastly, we ended the podcast by talking about what advice would he give to athletes who want to wrestle in college. Thank you for joining the podcast Blaise!
