Apparently the moms at school are wondering why they never see me at drop-off… 😂

Plot twist: OUR first day isn’t even until next week. 🤣 But I’ve been preparing for this moment my entire summer…

Some mornings, getting the boys to school will be the accomplishment. The cute outfit and functioning hairstyle can come later. 😂☕️🙌

But don’t worry… I eventually pull it together! ✨

Who else is entering their school drop-off era?! 😂👇

It’s with a heavy heart that we’ve learned our friends at Becker’s Tackle Shop will be closing their doors on September 21st.

I’ll never forget the time I had the privilege of heading out on the water with Blake to shoot some video content. Watching him in his element—completely immersed in what he loves—was truly inspiring. Blake’s passion for fishing is something special, and it’s clear that he’s poured that same passion into every inch of Becker’s Tackle Shop.

But it’s not just Blake who made Becker’s such a special place. His wife, Melissa, has been incredible to work with over the years. Together, they’ve created a shop that feels more like a second home to so many in our community. Melissa’s warmth, dedication, and hard work have played a huge role in the success and spirit of Becker’s Tackle Shop.

Blake and Melissa are one-of-a-kind, the kind of people who leave a lasting impact on everyone they meet. Anyone who’s had the chance to be around them knows how much better you feel after spending time with them.

As Becker’s Tackle Shop approaches its final days, I encourage all of our followers, friends, and community members to show their support. Whether it’s dropping by to share a memory, picking up that one last piece of gear, or simply offering a kind word—let’s come together to celebrate this incredible local business and the people behind it.

Thank you, Blake, Melissa, and Becker’s Tackle Shop, for all the memories and dedication. Your impact on this community will last forever. I know this is only a chapter in your life and you both will continue to impact the community through your next adventure.
