🍽️ Hello everyone! Today at Masala Munchies we are preparing Chicken Biryani and Mutton Biryani together, freshly cooked with the traditional dum process. We start by soaking the rice and boiling it in flavoured water infused with fresh mint, ginger, coriander, and green chilli. The rice is then carefully layered in separate pots for chicken and mutton, seasoned with our special blend of aromatic spices. Each pot is sealed for dum cooking, allowing the flavours to blend perfectly. The biryani is then served hot and fresh with cooling raita — rich, aromatic, and full of authentic taste.
