Camp Ryla 2026, so incredibly grateful to be apart of such intentional individuals that cherish this experience as much as I do and so very thankful to anyone who helped me get here! If I learned anything it was to live life unapologetically joyful and to focus where my feet are. You only get one life on this earth so might as well lead with righteous love and focus. Trust God and work hard. Thank you Jesus for each and every person I got to meet and for allowing so many of us to experience such a life changing community. Any ways, shout out to my favorites #cabintwo 🩵🐋 @ryla5810

if you had told me a year ago that leadership camp would become one of the most impactful experiences of my life, i probably wouldn’t have believed you.

truthfully, i didn’t even want to go at first. i was terrified. stepping into a place full of strangers for an entire week sounded intimidating, but the moment i got there, everything just clicked. i found myself surrounded by people who uplifted, encouraged, and challenged each other every single day. for the first time, i was in an environment where growth wasn’t just expected, it was celebrated.

camp also pushed me outside of my comfort zone in ways i never expected. one night, we wrote down the barriers holding us back on wooden boards and literally broke through them with our hands. we tackled challenges that required every person in our cabin to contribute ideas, work together, and trust one another. through every success and every mistake, i learned that leadership isn’t about having the perfect plan, but about being willing to take action, adapt, and grow.

throughout the week, i had the opportunity to serve on the memories committee, capturing photos and videos that told the story of camp. that experience taught me so much about time management, engagement, creativity, and dedication to a project bigger than myself.

the biggest lesson i took away is that failure isn’t something to fear. it’s better to fail fast, learn, and move forward than to spend so much time avoiding mistakes that you never grow at all.

leadership camp didn’t just make me a better leader. it made me a more confident, resilient, and intentional person in my everyday life. and for that, i’ll always be grateful.

growth begins where comfort ends. cabin 8 forever and always. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!💜💜💜
