Blake’s senior year didn’t start this fall. The work started months ago.

Blake was first exposed to TrueAP through training with his team. Last spring and summer, he made the decision to take his development further and consistently train inside the facility.

As a football and basketball athlete heading into his senior year, the goal was simple: become a better overall athlete and put himself in position for a big final year.

50 sessions later, the improvement speaks for itself.

Now he’s in the middle of his senior football season and having a great year.

The offseason matters. What you do with it shows up when the season arrives.

Athletes are FLOATING.

From June through August, Williamsport athletes put their explosiveness to the test — and these were the top standing vertical jumps recorded across all three months. 📈

Nayan Dominguez led the boys at 32.7”, while Erika Moore claimed the girls’ top mark at 26.5”. 🔥

Three months of testing. Explosiveness on full display. Who’s coming for the top spot this fall? 👀
