Year 4 for Let’s Talk @letstalkwellwomen and it was spectacular! 🙌🏽

This is the second year I curated the Wellness Lounge, bringing together some of the most outstanding health and wellness professionals in the area to showcase their offerings and services.❤️

Last year in September I visited @wundabarpilates studios in New York 🗽 with the legendary @amyjordanofficial 🥲 If you’re looking for #nycpilates - check it out 🙏🏻 I was stunned by how spectacular our clients and teachers are on the East Coast and loved every minute of it. 😇😍😌😌. Such a special visit and hope to go back again soon!

When your NYC business trip turns into the ultimate family adventure! Bouncing between WundaBar studios teaching, training, and all the Pilates things while showing these two adventurers why the Big Apple has my ♥️ Even in the snow! Turns out watching Mom in CEO mode while hunting down the best pizza in Manhattan makes for some pretty epic memories. Who says you can’t mix business with pleasure?
