C&T’s going all-out spooky with a slappin’ playlist of our favorite hair-raising and bone-chilling tracks. From monsters to no good bloodsuckers, Psycho Killer to Thriller—we think it’s the best living or dead, hands down.

🚨 #ThisIsNotAConferenceRoom
〰️
This is not a conference room—it’s our new in-house canvas for creativity, a themed installation room sourced straight from the passions and curiosities of our employees.
〰️
For our first edition, we decided to go green. Working on the 62nd floor of One WTC gives us a great view of NYC’s green space—and we wanted to import a patch of it for ourselves. 🌱
Oh, and expect this room to change! Stay tuned to see what’s next for #thisisnotaconferenceroom ✨

“Authenticity is the place to begin before we ever find ourselves, in the interest of moving up, engaged in leaning in.” — an excerpt from our very own Sr. Producer, Krys Freeman’s essay in Lean Out: The Struggle for Gender Equality in Tech and Start-up Culture
〰️
This anthology offered each of us an opportunity to challenge the notion of “Leaning In,” absent nuance. In my essay, I was able to draw on my mother’s experience as a black woman in technology. As a black non-binary person in technology, I examine the learnings gained from her. And I am fortunate enough to also recognize the privileges I’m afforded, to navigate my professional life most authentically. — Krys Freeman ✨

Everywhere from the lobby to the stalls, C&T’s got a soundtrack. There’s actually a grand list of the songs that have made us grin, groove, work, write, make and gaze out our (impressive) windows to see the city’s beat, all summer long. With this sunniest season almost up, it feels like the right time to share the music. Introducing Hot CODE Summer. It’s our personal hit list. Link in bio. Press play and enjoy. 🔥

HAPPY Birthday Fam... @blaktivist
