The Vortex. A small group leaves an art installation on deep playa and bikes for 10 minutes into a whiteout dust storm...10 foot visibility, if that...keeping each other close so that we don’t lose anyone...heading in a straight line towards the city...only to arrive where they started. Where they wondered if they would ever get out of this reality loop.

An Epic Evening. John Summit plays Shiver from Robot Heart as the art car heads toward deep playa, hundreds of bicycles following along like a flock of LED birds, Burners singing along to every word. A transcendent set at Gothic Folly leaves us wide-eyed and broken (in the best way possible.) A dust storm turns into rain and the playa turns into a clay nightmare. We are forced to leave our bikes and hike in the heavy mud at 5am towards the city and home. An empty Opulent Temple blasts death metal mockingly, a mean-spirited soundtrack to our long trudge to a dry RV.

Playa Math. We reach playa at half the size of our regular camp, but build almost the same amount of structure, and somehow have more than double the joy and community.

Just Another Day. I am by myself. I bike alone and explore. I cry. I take a breath at a piece called “Breathe.” I take a bracelet from the Temple, designed by a woman who passed away this year. I find my friends on a dance floor and dance in the dust. I get lost. I find things.

4 of my memories from this year’s Burn.

Art post coming later.

Burning man is easy 🤷🏼‍♀️💅🏼

@campfruitpop feels like home. I am truly obsessed with each and every one of you. I love you to bits (and boy were there a lot of bits…) and I can’t wait for the next twirl.

Gogo xx

The time is ripe! Make sure to wash your peach one last time. It’s time to get dusty. Next week, the fruit falls from the celestial tree, and it is juicy. See you at 6:45 & Eternal for the original, the real, the only Tighty Whities Tuesday party.

Thank you @glamcocks and @catchonela for having me in the underground for MONOCHROMATICA! 🤍

It was really fun to watch the room fill up so quickly, and to be able to look out and see so many familiar faces.

Extra thanks to all my friends who showed up early, and thank you to everyone who made it to dance with me! ❤️‍🔥🪩💃

After 11 years, I’m saying goodbye to LA. ❤️❤️❤️

This city gave me a lot: a family of lifelong friendships, countless memories, and the chance to build a life that felt authentically mine.

Now I’m heading back to Philadelphia to be closer to family and start a new chapter. Excited for what’s next and incredibly grateful for everything that happened here along the way.
