Make-believe Mall is open! ✨

@tombologallery pop-up children’s art gallery is back for its 3rd year. They are all set up at @kingsgatemall.mtpleasant and ready with a full gallery of cuteness.

Go wander through a whimsical world filled with 250+ pieces of children’s artwork, interactive play, crafting, and pure imagination.

Sport has a way of opening doors far beyond competition. 🌎🥋

For CSI Pacific Athlete Ambassador Claudia Laos-Loo, a recent trip to Hawaii was a chance to step into a different side of sport. One centred on leadership, mentorship and connection.

As Claudia continues to grow as both an athlete and future coach, opportunities like this are a reminder that the impact of sport isn’t only measured by results. It’s also found in the people you meet, the knowledge you pass on and the communities you become part of along the way.

A full schedule doesn’t always mean a perfect one.💨

It means learning how to keep showing up, adjusting when you need to, and making space for the people and moments that keep you grounded. 💛

This summer has been a mix of work, training, rehab, coaching, family, friends and everything in between.

Some days are about pushing toward a goal. Others are about slowing down, recovering, connecting with the people around me and appreciating how far I’ve come.

One thing sport continues to teach me is that progress is built in the everyday moments. The early mornings, the rehab sessions, the meals that fuel you, the work no one sees, and the choice to keep going even when the path looks different than you expected.

As an athlete and Athlete Ambassador, I hope I can show that being committed to your goals doesn’t mean your life has to fit into one box. You can be an athlete, a coach, a friend, an auntie, a dog mom, a student of your craft and still keep growing in every part of your life.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Celebrate the little wins. And don’t forget to enjoy the life you’re working so hard to build. ✨

Meet Claudia, a karate athlete whose journey is grounded in gratitude, curiosity, and connection.

For Claudia, success is not about being perfect. It is about showing up, giving her best effort, and continuing to learn along the way. Whether she is training in the dojo, teaching others, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a great cup of coffee, Claudia brings energy and intention to everything she does.

She reminds us that pursuing big goals can go hand in hand with finding joy, building community, and appreciating the people who support us.
