National Win as First year 🇬🇧- Working all season to get at the top of the podium in the short track and finally paid off. Unfortunately after a stormer of a race on Saturday, Sunday did not go to plan legs felt amazing on the day up there fighting for podium but due to a lack of focus on decent I came down hard onto my head and that’s where my race was finished. Overall happy with my weekend as it really showed how the training is paying off. Unfortunately this is last race of a great season for me. Now off to Kenya 🫡 @scrperformancecycling @xc_nps_uk @rotorraceteam @rotor_uk @torqfitness @blazingbikesinsta @fenwicksbike

Nationals rd4 🇬🇧 - Pippingford - After bad legs with 5th in XCC I’m pleased with my final performance in XCO coming in 6th and 1st first year. Course was fast but very hilly, so not suiting me but we made it work. @fenwicksbike @scrperformancecycling @blazingbikesinsta @rotorraceteam @rotor_uk @thebicyclerooms @

Dropped the bike off for his first service today after driving an hour and a half to get there… and I genuinely felt sick leaving the shop without him 😭🚲

You know it’s gone too far when a grown man starts emotionally processing a temporary separation from a bicycle.

Back at Blazing Bikes — the exact place where this whole madness started. The place where a bloke with questionable MTB skills and expensive ideas walked in… and walked out with a full suspension addiction.

Now look at us:• muddy trails• canal path near-death experiences• 100+ mile weeks• endless chain cleaning• emotional attachment issues 😅• and now even my car battery has given up on me 🥲

The mechanic said, “He’ll be ready soon.”

Sir… that is not “a bike.”That is my therapist, cardio coach and midlife crisis all rolled into one.

See you soon, old friend 👊🏾
