First good thing to happen this morning: this earth-shatteringly good Monte Cristo from @bleeckerandgreer (we’re talking shaved ham and turkey with Swiss and maple Dijon mustard on French toast, folks, do not sleep on this!!). Second good thing to happen: a giant seal popping its head up not even 15ft away from me to say hello, seconds after putting my phone away. 🥹🦭💕 Happy Saturday, folks!

Alright babes, I’ve been working on something special for you all: The Gold List ✨

Curated Guides to the locations I love.

Up first a guide for my soul sisters who are joining me on the Soul Sail Wellness Weekend. Rockland, Rockport + Owls Head, Maine — the places I’d stay, eat, drink, shop, wander, and go back to again.

I also love Camden, but that’s another list for another time. If you’re spending a few extra days before or after, I’d absolutely add Camden + Lincolnville to your route. They’re just a little farther north and very worth it.

Naturally, the next step for me was trip curation.

When I’m not at the spa, I’m traveling. I’m researching, saving places, building itineraries, finding the restaurant, the coffee shop, the tiny wine bar, the beautiful detour. It’s genuinely one of my favorite things to do.

So I’m finally going to start sharing all of it.

Not here on the spa page — I don’t want to confuse the assignment 😉 — but over on my personal page, @nicolegoldsmith , which for the first time since I created it around 2012 is officially public.

For a long time, I kept this part of my life tucked away. I think somewhere along the way I became afraid of being judged for traveling often, for sharing too much, for simply letting people see my life outside of work.

I’m Done with that.

This is me. This is my life. This is what I love.

I’ve intentionally designed a life where I can be a business owner, travel for work, travel for pleasure, and have space for all the things that make me feel most alive.

So… here goes.

Welcome to The Gold List. 🗺️✨

Consider it my little black book of places worth going.

Friday 7/31

Just a heads up, we will be charging a 20% service charge on all takeout orders moving forward. We are so glad you are all enjoying your BBQ in all sorts of places but packaging costs and the extra time those orders take is requiring us to implement this. Thanks for your understanding! Come be fat and happy with us :)
