When you see a 30-second makeup video, it probably just looks like someone recommending another product right?

But behind every recommendation is years of learning, practising, failing, spending my own money, working with thousands of faces, and genuinely loving beauty.

🤔⬇️Skin that suddenly starts breaking out after new skincare
usually isn’t “getting worse.”

Sometimes your skin is just being pushed too fast.

When strong products speed up skin turnover,
clogs already under the surface come up faster.

That’s called purging.

But when you use too much too quickly,
your skin gets overwhelmed.

Overwhelmed skin:
pushes out too much at once
gets irritated more easily
takes longer to settle

So it feels like everything is breaking out together.
What actually helps is slowing things down.

That means:
not using strong products every night immediately
not applying too much at once
not stacking too many actives together

And support your skin properly:
start only 2–3 nights a week
use a small amount
keep skin moisturized every day

Balanced skin:
handles turnover better
purges more gently
recovers faster over time

Purging doesn’t need more pressure.
It needs your skin to adjust gradually.

That’s smart skincare.

Do you pull your peeling skin or leave it alone?
🤔⬇️Peeling skin after sunburn that keeps getting worse usually isn’t random.

It happens when the skin keeps getting disturbed.
After too much sun,
your skin loses moisture from the top layer.

The bonds holding those skin cells together weaken.

That’s why it starts peeling.
But when you keep pulling at it,
rubbing it,
or leaving it dry—
the peeling becomes uneven
and healing slows down.

Disturbed skin:
cracks more
peels unevenly
takes longer to recover
So it feels like it’s not improving.
What actually helps is supporting the skin.

That means:
don’t pull or pick the peeling skin
wash gently with lukewarm water
avoid rubbing with towels

And support it properly:
moisturize while skin is slightly damp
seal it with a thin layer of petroleum jelly
reapply when it starts feeling dry

Supported skin:
peels more evenly
stays softer
heals faster over time
Peeling doesn’t stop from force.
It settles when skin stays hydrated and protected.
