Most people know me as the founder of Talphah. Some know me through ministry. Others know me through events, branding, websites, photography, community initiatives, or simply as Lisa. What many people don’t know is that alongside building businesses and serving my community, I’ve spent years building a career in project management and technology. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management Information Systems with an Information Security specialization and my Master’s of Science degree in Information Technology Management, and I’ve spent the past several years building a career in project management and technology. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to help lead projects, coordinate teams, solve problems, and help move ideas from planning to execution. For a long time, I’ve kept those parts of my journey separate. There was my professional career, and then there was everything I was building outside of it. But the more I reflect on it, the more I realize they’ve always been connected. The strategy behind a brand. The organization behind an event. The systems behind a business. The leadership required to bring people together and move a vision forward. It’s all connected. And if you knew where my journey originally started, you might be surprised. I’ll save that story for another day🤭🙌🏽 As I continue to grow, I’ll be sharing more of that side of my journey, including lessons on leadership, project management, business systems, technology, and what I’ve learned along the way. Thank you for allowing me to grow, build, and become right in front of you❤️ #lisaekanem #becomingwithlisa #fyp #explore #jesusislord
